Hi, I'm Macy! I am 13 years old and have an undisputed passion for Dance.
Dancing on & off since the age of 3, it was only last year that I entered my first dance competition. This sparked something inside of me - maybe the adrenaline of being on stage or perhaps the challenge of competing against others so talented.
My drive to succeed kicked in & I found myself dancing after school 4 days a week, practicing at home every other day & taking on self-motivated training online to increase my flexibility & skill base.
I went into this year intending to compete at the Showcase National Dance Championship 2024 held on the Gold Coast. To be eligible you must qualify by competing at other endorsed events and placing top 3 in your category.



So far this year my Mum has traveled far & wide to event after event, which has already cost her an arm & a leg with entry fees, costumes, travel costs, etc. hence why she has asked me to look into fundraising for Nationals.
This campaign was just 1 idea, as I haven't done something like this before & wasn't sure how it would go given it for a personal goal. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated & for those contributing over $50, there will be a special gift sent your way.
